Patient will need the Session ID or meeting invite sent to them via email or text to enter into a video/audio session. This meeting invite or Session ID is sent to them by their health care provider. vezo app is completely free.

Nice interface and easy to use. One suggestion, when my provider has ended the session I should receive notification/alert instead of just redirecting from waiting screen to checkin all of the sudden.
