انا المشكلة بدأت اني ببقا حاطط معاد و دافع مكالمه دكتور و الاقي المكاالمه متمتش و انا الي بتواصل معاهم و غير كده النهاردة حصل موقف جديد جيت ادفع الرقم المرجعي و الكود عن طريق فوري مش اول مرة يعني و لاقي أن الحجز ما اتاكدش اصلا يعني مفيش حجز ده يرضي ربنا و الفلوس المدفوعه دي يعني الناس عماله تعظم في فيزيتا و احنا بنشوف ابليكيشن عقيم كلمت خدمه العملاء و بتابع اهو و بشوف معاهم بصراحه خدمه غير مقبولة بالمرة

my insurance is invalid for no reason. it's literally asking me to add my insurance card. and after adding it (its a digital card) it tells me its invalid. i filtered to my insurance provider and it tells me "no card added for this insurance"
