Mega Joker

A handstand that feels stacked and a handstand that is stacked are rarely the same shape. Mega Joker settles it with arithmetic: photograph a hold mid-shape, tap 👆 the wrist, elbow, shoulder, hip and ankle onto the picture, and the geometry falls out — how far each joint sits off the plumb line in degrees, the angle at the shoulder and at the hip, whether the elbow is locked, and where your centre of mass lands over the base of support. The working is shown on screen rather than hidden behind a verdict.

From that geometry it names the fault that dominates the shape — banana back, open shoulders, piked hips, over-hollow, flared ribs, head out, soft elbows, weight on the heel of the hand — and puts the two or three drills that address it into Today 📆's fix. Sixteen shapes climb four tiers, from frog stand and tripod headstand through the freestanding straight line to presses and levers, each carrying its target 🎯 angles, the three faults it usually shows, the prerequisites beneath it and the drills above it.

Every check ✅ is kept, so the numbers 🔢 become a line of their own: deviation per joint plotted against its target 🎯 band over weeks, the faults that keep recurring, holds getting longer, tiers filling in, and the days you trained shaded across the month 🗓️.
