Explore Field Trip App

Explore is Byne Christian School's app for school field trips. It is for invited trip members only: students, their families, chaperones, trip leaders and school administrators.

FOR EVERYONE ON THE TRIP
• The day's itinerary: what's happening now, what's next, addresses, what to bring, and maps that work offline
• Announcements and urgent broadcasts from the trip leaders
• Trip chat for the whole group and for small groups
• A shared photo album, organized by place
• Request help: one tap sends your location to the trip leaders

FOR TRIP LEADERS AND CHAPERONES
• A live map of travelers during the trip, so no one gets left behind
• Roll call at every stop, including students without phones
• "Looking for you" alerts to a traveler who is separated
• Low-battery warnings before a phone goes dark
• Roster, groups and permissions in one place

PRIVACY FIRST
Location is shared only on travel days, only after the traveler taps Start the Adventure, and only with that trip's leaders and chaperones. It stops when travel ends. Students share location in the background so leaders can find them with the phone in a pocket. No ads, no tracking, nothing sold. Photos are cleaned of hidden data before upload.

Accounts are by invitation from your school's trip leader; there is no public sign-up.
