I've been using Beebs for almost three years now and am really very happy with the service. Having access to brilliant BBC and Channel 4 original productions is the beans. Their helpline is excellent too; I'm really low tech and was talked through an issue I was having when it turned out I hadn't actually downloaded the portal. I just used to connect via a link. So if you do have an issue and you can't find the answer in the FAQ, contact them and they'll sort it. Lots of exciting drama coming up now on 4 and BBC and I can't wait!
