Among the relevant features it includes:
- The mobile app will be the same for the driver and passenger, but each will see different screens and functions upon logging in.
- The passenger will be able to view the history of routes taken by the passenger, showing origin-destination, driver, time, and cost.
- In the passenger section, a ride can be requested, where up to 10 destinations can be selected.
- You can select whether one of the destinations or stops will be outside the geozone, in order to add a certain value to the route.
- You can select a different location through the search bar offered by Google Maps technology.
- If the location provided by Google Maps is not precise, for example, if it is on an avenue but not exactly at the exit of a house or building, you can move the pin or marker on the map to the exact location.
- Once the user submits the ride request, the system automatically searches for the nearest vehicle.
- The driver can accept or decline the ride.
- Once the ride is confirmed, a notification is sent to the passenger indicating information such as the vehicle number (if applicable), make, model, license plate, estimated cost of the ride, distance, and estimated time.
- The location of the ride can also be displayed on the map for both the driver and passenger as the driver approaches the passenger.
- The driver can notify the passenger when they have arrived to pick them up.
- The passenger's app flow cannot continue until the driver begins the ride route after picking up the passenger.
- Once the driver notifies the passenger that they have arrived, the passenger receives a notification indicating that they have arrived at the origin of the ride where the ride will begin.
- When the driver is waiting for the passenger to enter the vehicle, they can click play to record the ride time, which will be counted along with the distance traveled.
- The driver can pause the ride if they wish to give the passenger a courtesy break while they enter the vehicle.
- At the end of the ride, the passenger will be presented with payment options, which can be credit card, debit card, cash, or a voucher.
- If they choose to pay in cash, the driver must continue and confirm that the payment has been made.
- Once the payment is confirmed, the passenger will be sent a message indicating the payment has been made.
- Passenger and driver ratings are allowed, and if the rating is less than 3 stars, the option to leave a message explaining the reason for the low rating is given.
- The same ride request can be made through the web version (web app), from any browser on a computer.
- The process is very similar, but the route in the web app version ends just as the driver arrives at the passenger's point of origin. This is done so that passengers generally don't take their computer with them to their destination once the trip begins.
