Frequent driver cancellations and no-shows with charges (cancellation fees)

Payment setup failures and unexpected charges (card activation issues, holds, etc.)

Recent reviews

It is nearly impossible to add a card as a payment method, the app constantly resets the ride parameters: number of the passengers, starting point, destination point. After adding a card, it's impossible to choose it as the payment method. The taxi arrived at a different location then we ordered and picked up some other passengers instead of us.
