I don't understand the purpose with these taxis. I scheduled a ride last night for 6:45am this morning, a driver was on Phoenix avenue and never came back around to get me then dropped my scheduled ride. I scheduled a ride Monday morning at 7:25am and the driver arrived 18 minutes before I was scheduled to be picked up. What happened to BEING ON TIME?! What's THE POINT IN SCHEDULING A RIDE IF THE DRIVER EITHER WON'T PICK ME UP OR ARRIVES EARLIER THAN SCHEDULED?! I FEEL SCREWED EVERY TIME. 😡😡😡
