The software itself (when it actually works) is good. However, it keeps freezing anytime I try to save an item to FBM. I've tried contacting support services. There website says support will respond within 24 hours. Its been well pass that and I still haven't received a response and am unable to add new products to FBM or Shops. Very frustrating!
