On YouTube, the keys don't work at all. That's where most of the note-taking happens. - Ctrl+j and Ctrl+l are not working at all. - The users can't change the basic shortcuts on chrome://extensions/shortcuts. - Basically Any key press like ctrl+shift+c to ctrl+shift+x will do the actual work but it also triggers some other default functionality in the browser. - I think this can be solved by adding some extra fields in chrome://extensions/shortcuts which will basically overwrite the default shortcuts. I hope you will take action to solve these bugs and to actually have a usable product.
