Apt-linker

Apt-linker

Turns "apt-get install" lines into clickable apturl links for installing Ubuntu and Debian GNU/Linux packages

What is Apt-linker?
'Apt-linker' is a Chrome extension specifically designed to help Ubuntu/Debian users. It converts text lines indicating installation commands into apturl links that can be clicked on to install the packages directly. A simple two-click process replaces the need to manually input each command, making it an effortless process for users. It utilizes a protocol handler to read the package list to be installed via apturl. This innovation provides an easier, more user-friendly way to install Ubuntu/Debian packages.

Does not work with some apt-get commands like UPDATE. Should get support for all commands. PPA: support would be nice.

Okay... handles text links with "apt-get whatever" perfectly. But it does NOT handle apt:// URLs like I thought it would! That's the only reason why I got this! EDIT: boyfriend of mine submitted your first GitHub issue about this! https://github.com/Ferk/apt-linker/issues/1
