when I am adding URL in the field it is giving error "Please validate JIRA URL" I've tried many configurations to URLs like https://chargeautomation.atlassian.net/ https://chargeautomation.atlassian.net chargeautomation.atlassian.net/ chargeautomation.atlassian.net but none worked.

Please enable configuration to be able to specify root path for jira service (not assuming that root of domain = jira root) thanks

It is the bet way to get notification while you are busy working and no need to go on email and check for updates. Once I place the link into JIRAALERT it gives me notification for every comment made on the jira. Very useful extension for jira users.
