Don't join this time-wasting app. Drop is a scammer. We spent money, only to wait for weeks to redeem a worthless gift card.

Image what this company is doing with your data. They've stopped allowing gift card withdrawals and only do a lottery approach now. Yet it is not advertised as that, and they gave users no opportunity to withdraw any funds before making these changes because they knew everyone might leave. However, the real shame here is that now, everyone is forced to leave. I honestly would of stayed on board with the more difficult redemption process IF they had been transparent and given me a chance to withdraw my money. Since they are being deceptive, why would someone want to give them all of their financial info? So sad to see a great company turn into a full blown scam.

If I could give this Drop app a minus number I would. They have scammed me too. I have out of enough points to get $150.00 worth of gift cards and and I have been trying since March when they changed their policy. I have contacted the BBB about Derrick Fang and his scam but no one has returned my calls. I guess he as everyone on his payroll now. He boast about how good he is at all his seminars and I guess these companies believe him. If Drop and this CEO is so good why are all us suckers that came him our points still not able to get the Gift cards we rightly deserve. Don't let him get away with this people. Keep hounding everyone that will listen to you including his phone numbers.
