    * open chrome
    * goto settings (by clicking 3 vertical dots on top right and select settings)
    * goto extensions (on top left)
    * enable 'developer mode' checkbox
    * click on 'load unpacked extensions'
    * select 'Screenshot_Sketch_Extension' folder
    * now we can see 'ScreenShot' in extensions, enable it if not enabled

you CAN paint using this extension but you can not use your touch screen. You have to use the mouse to draw witch i find really disappointing.
