2023-06-21 | Clarisa Gomez | When I first downloaded Active Inbox it was the best thing ever!! Kept me organised and still does, for the most part. Something is always wrong with it though. I have to constantly restart my computer or refresh the page for it to continue. Its very annoying

2022-03-23 | Marcus Badach | Back to using AIB after needing to use Outlook for some contracting, I am over the moon that Andy and the team are still very responsive and the app, as always. works like a bomb. Stable, works 100% with new gmail look - this is still the best gmail add on for GTD, tasks etc. Excited about email again!!!

2021-08-04 | Daniel Eddy | Director of Sales here for a US based software company. I initially looked for an inbox management solution due to a significant increase in hiring here and having to manage/sort/track resumes, recruiter emails, candidate emails etc. Active Inbox has been an amazing tool for me in all aspects of managing my inbox - getting to inbox zero is a daily goal of mine and having the ability to quickly "action date" emails so that I'm reminded of them has allowed me to maintain that zero inbox without losing important action items. I rarely write reviews, but this tool has greatly improved my efficiency and sanity.

2020-07-13 | Russ Michaels | I have been using this extension for years now and it adds some much needed features for dealing with emails and for anyone who does most of their business by email, it is almost a must have in order to keep on top of everything and avoid forgetting to follow up emails or chase people for responses. If more people used something like this, then perhaps I wouldn't be spending so much time constantly chasing people for responses. Sadly this great product is let down by poor support. Ironically the AIB team do not seem to use their own product, as getting responses to emails is like getting a photo of a unicorn. Support is a painful and time consuming process requiring endless chasing of emails, usually over several months and being constantly told "we will get back to you", which of course never happens. I have even had some support issues which have dragged on for years and I eventually just had to give up on them ever being resolved. If it wasn't for the rubbish support, I would be giving 5 starts. |
