Now, the sequence feature no longer works for "send mail as" / aliases. It is supposed to work but doesn't in spite of days of attempted troubleshooting and contact with customer support. In addition, they also got rid of the feature in the Small Business Account where you can track opens/clicks in sequences when sending from an alias. I never saw a notice that the feature was changing and had to figure it out when my sequences were having problems, and everything bouncing. The extension has gotten very buggy, and for my last customer support help request, it took an extremely long time for someone to even write me back, and that person did not know how to fix the problem...so in spite of multiple back and forth emails, I still did not get a solution. I suspect that some of the bugs have to do with Google's security changes. However, since this is a Google extension, there needs to be a solution. | |
