I love how it shows who reads my emails, clicks, downloads, and how many times a customer opens my email. The sequence feature is a life-saver. It is marketing at your finger-tip. It has different types of reports and very simple to use. I couldn't be more proud to give this product a 5-start review. One last thing, the MixMax team REALLY have customers in mind, when designing the product, adding or improving a feature. Oh, their AI addition is so helpful too! |

We automatically sign up every new employee up for an account as we teach people how to use it to make emailing, reminders and more work for them and help increase productivity. I can't imagine email (or working in general!) without it with how I use my inbox. THE BEST EMAIL TOOL TO INVEST IN HANDS DOWN! |

The sequences save me so much time (mail merging) and the live tracking helps alert me when a customer is interested or has a question, and helps me stay connected to my community in ways I depend on every day! I use templates heavily and through each design change I've never felt abandoned or left behind by the design team. I wish every software/online software developer were as responsive. Over the years, the rare times (every few years) I've needed customer service I've been responded to quickly, professionally, and respectfully and always found resolution. I can't recommend it highly enough. |
