Great, simple, extension that works great!! I've used it for several years now. So this is easier to use than people think but you have to 'Pin' it in your Extensions manager so it is visible by your URL window on the tab. It shows up as a 'red folder'. Then simply 'click' it and it will show a small speech bubble stating, "Bookmarks reordered". VOILAH! Go check your newly sorted bookmarks no matter how deep your bookmark tree goes! I hope this helped.
