The Operra app is the employee's gateway to Operra, the operations platform for Norwegian service companies. Everything you do in the app is synchronized in real time with the web portal, so that your shift schedule, hours and salary basis are always up to date.

BUILT FOR NORWEGIAN COMPANIES
Operra is designed for service companies with 10–100 employees: café and catering, shop, hairdressing and beauty, clinic and health, construction and construction, cleaning, transportation and more. The company chooses which modules it needs.

SECURITY AND PRIVACY
Application data is stored in the EU/EEA, and the solution is GDPR compliant. Data is encrypted at rest, and sensitive employee information such as social security numbers and account numbers are additionally encrypted at the field level. Login is protected against password guessing, and 2-factor (2FA) can be turned on.
