RigelMap

RigelMap is a comprehensive GIS environment for the analysis, visualization, and digitization of spatial data.
With four powerful modules and an intuitive user interface, RigelMap significantly optimizes both fieldwork and office workflows.

The application is built on a cloud-based system that enables real-time data synchronization. Operations on various geometry types are supported by an advanced set of CAD tools. The intelligent Importer and Exporter support file formats such as .kof, .gml, .dxf, .pqidat, .xml, and many others. During data import, a dynamic extent mechanism automatically selects and applies the appropriate coordinate reference system.

RigelMap also includes a tool for generating geotechnical reports containing photos, samples, and descriptive content.
This tool can be used to document geotechnical investigations and share results with colleagues or clients.

Users can add geotechnical samples to reports and use predefined layers, allowing the creation of comprehensive and accurate reports with a single click.

NEW (optional): Advanced device integration – i100 (LiDAR / point cloud)

RigelMap offers optional integration with the external i100 receiver for working with LiDAR data and capturing point clouds.
Only when using the i100 module will the app request “All files access” (MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE). This is required for technical reasons: the i100 SDK creates and manages non-media project files (such as scan data and point-cloud projects) using a fixed project directory structure. Without this access, the i100 module cannot function correctly.
If you do not use the i100 device, you do not need to grant this permission — all other RigelMap features work normally.
