ユーザー登録までの流れがとてもわかりにくく、使える状態までいくのが一苦労。最初使えたパスワードが、本登録だと記号が入っているから通らないとか、Googleのパスワード管理に任せていたら全く進まなくなる仕様で、このサービスを作っている人たちは、多分サービスを使っていないのではないかと思う。メールで認証した後、すぐに使えるわけではなく、更にサービス内の「ライセンスのユーザー管理」で登録と、何度も何度も同じ個人情報を入力させられるため、開始するまでのハードルがかなり高い。検索して文賢Webサイトからログインしようとするとログインできないが、メールのリンクからログインするとパスワードが通るなど、謎の仕様もあって、ログインするまでに振り落とされる人は多いと思う。校閲推敲をステップで確認していくという考え方や、基本的なアイディアは大変面白いのだが、実装にあたって練り込まれていない印象。伸びしろの大きさを考えると、これからの発展に期待したい。
