Some content cannot be read aloud. I hope that TTS (text-to-speech) can be used on regular pages as well.

Exactly what I was looking for. I love listening to web novels and I hated to have to click "next chapter" and restart the extension that reads it aloud. With this extension I just press N to go to next chapter and press S to start reading again. If the extension could automatically go to the next chapter and start reading it would be a dream.
