I wish for a feature for scanning for new dom-nodes in an element with tts for live-chats such as discord, and I am not sure if this is supposed to work with that use case? If it is, can you explain how I can make it auto-read new dom-nodes (in chat)? Otherwise consider this an a feature request! Thank you for a very nice extension! :))
