Volume Mixer is a Chrome extension that allows you to change the volume of individual tabs and the master volume of all tabs. Simply click on the mixer icon and set the desired volume level for each tab. Note that this extension currently works only with HTML video and audio elements.

Exactly what I was looking for! Just needed to restart the broswer in order to work... My only suggestion would be to make it a bit click-friendly, to make it easier to click the green lines...
