2026-03-07	Da*****	1. Add a simple reconnection button. It's super inconvenient to close and reopen the app every time when the bike disconnects. 2. Show subscription status and expiration date. It's literally impossible to check if anti-theft subscription is enabled or not.

2025-06-05	Ku*****	Wenn sie denn funktioniert, ist die App durchaus brauchbar und übersichtilich; ich habe sie jahrelang gern genutzt. Leider habe ich seit ein paar Wochen dasselbe Problem wie andere auch: S24 Ultra verbindet sich immer nur exakt ein Mal mit dem S3, dann nicht mehr bis zum Neustart des Handys. Ich muss mein Rad jedesmal mit der PIN entsperren; Aufzeichnung der Fahrten klappt so natürlich nicht mehr - mein Rad hat inzwischen 1100km mehr 'intern' auf der Uhr als unter Fahrten angezeigt wird.

2025-05-26	Mi*****	Unfortunately since the last update (since the battery km range option rather than %) the battery levels in the app are wildly inaccurate. I went for example 1.4km to the supermarket today and it spent 27% of the battery. This morning the battery level went from 60% before the supermarket to 86% after. Will there be a fix coming for this? Is this a known issue? (issue now resolved after the last update a few days ago, thanks guys!) 😎

2024-10-12	Er*****	Bugs... the worst is after: One of the worst customer service support I experienced in Europe. Reporting bugs and issues is a disgusting activity with such CS as they do nothing besides writing empty answers.
