Ragently is the app for restaurants that use Ragently for reservations. Everything that comes in today is on one screen, and you no longer need to walk to the computer to assign a table or mark a guest as arrived.

WHAT YOU CAN DO WITH IT
• Daily overview by time slot, with covers and occupancy at a glance
• Browse through any day, with a button to return to today
• Accept reservations coming in by phone or at the door
• Assign and swap tables, showing only the tables that are available at that moment
• Mark guests as arrived, record no-shows, and cancel
• Search by name, phone number, or reservation code
• Maintain a waitlist

PHONE CALLS
Callback requests from your operator appear at the top; call with one tap and check them off when you have handled them.

NOTIFICATIONS
A notification for a new reservation, a waitlist request, a change, or a cancellation, even when the app is closed. You choose what you want to be notified about. FOR THE WHOLE TEAM
Multiple phones and tablets at the same time; what one does is immediately reflected in the other. Staff are assigned their own roles with exactly what is needed in service, and you can determine per location who is allowed to work where.
