Ristivo Rezervasyon

This application is for Ristivo member restaurant, cafe, and hotel operators. It is not an end-user (guest) application.

Ristivo Booking allows you to manage your booking flow from your phone. It uses the same data as your web panel: every action you take in the application appears in the panel, and every action you take in the panel appears in the application.

Live Dining
View your tables on the floor plan. Your sections (indoor, garden, terrace) are navigated individually. Tables with open bills at the counter are marked "occupied"; tables with reservations appear with the guest's name. Seat the guest, settle the bill, and vacate the table.

Today
The day's flow on a single screen: pending, approaching, occupied. Confirm pending reservations from the list with a single touch. Seat walk-in guests at a table in seconds.

Reservations
View the next 14 days or your chosen day; you can also view past days. Search by name, phone number, or reservation code — find the record while the guest is waiting on the phone. Confirm, seat, finish, cancel, or mark as absent.

Waiting List
Register the guest when the hall is full. Notify them when a space becomes available and convert it to a reservation with a single touch; customer registration and confirmed reservation are automatically created.

Events
Manage your special nights: remaining availability, sales counter at the door, guest visibility key.

Guest Card
Each guest's visit count, total spending, and automatic tags (loyal guest, regular, new, high spending, long-term absence). Allergy warning appears at the top of the reservation details. Leave a permanent note; staff will see the note when the guest returns.

Birthdays
See guests with upcoming birthdays, send celebration invitations and discount codes.

Reports
Period summary, absenteeism rate, hour and day occupancy, channel from which the reservation came, and turnover from closed accounts at the cash register.

Settings
Turn online bookings on and off. Manage booking rules from the application: automatic approval, same-day booking, minimum/maximum number of people, how many hours in advance, closed days.

Authorization System
Owner, manager, host, waiter, and viewer roles. Each role is for its own use; actions such as changing or canceling settings are subject to authorization.

Accounts are created by the Ristivo team; there is no registration in the application. If you are not a Ristivo member, you can contact us via ristivo.com.
