Reum@Home

With the Reum@Home of the MST you can short questionnaires to see how your rheumatism is doing in order to get a better grip on your rheumatism. This information is also important for your healthcare provider to get a good picture of how you are doing.

Access and an account for the Reum@home app is granted by your healthcare provider.

You will then receive by email:
- an invitation to download the Reum@Home app.
- login details to activate your account.

Are you a patient of the Rheumatology department in the MST, but have you not received an email? Then contact your healthcare provider.

All data collected with this application is only shared with the healthcare provider, and is not shared with third parties.
Your personal details such as email and telephone number are only used for authentication and to gain access to the application.
