MinRehabilitering

MinRehabilitering is an app that targets users at Sano and Dansk Ghithospital.
The app aims to support and guide users in their overall treatment and rehabilitation process.
The app is an active part of the rehabilitation courses at Sano and the Danish Arthritis Hospital. MinRehabilitation provides
possibility to access an individually adapted training program. MinRehabilitation also contains a
calendar function, which makes it possible to have your updated daily program close at hand as well as a
contact module, where the user can communicate with his therapists by agreement.
When you are offered a rehabilitation course at Sano or Danish Arthritis Hospital, you will be sent a link to
MyRehabilitation, which please click on to complete your creation.
