The warm-up app allows hockey trainers / coaches for every age a warm-up exercise routine tailored, with videos of the exercises. Through these exercises can begin teams in a fun, responsible and varied way to the training and competition.

Buurtsport Coaches can use this app for the youth on the playground (squares) use a specially formulated warm-up program with videos of skill or game exercises.

In addition, the app provides information on injury prevention in sports. The app is brought to you by VeiligheidNL in cooperation with the KNHB and Athletic Skills Model.
