Terrible app. One day all of a sudden it stopped working and there is no way to fix it. Even though I enter the right code, it does not let me have access to my account. I called the support numerous times and they keep saying IT will look into it... terrible app and terrible app experience. I would not recommend it.

Ik ben erg tevreden over de dienstverlening van BND in het algemeen. Simpel en effectief. Voor de app wel twee suggesties: - Zorg dat de rekening naam in het overzicht te zien is. Nu is dit niet het geval voor zowel beleggings- als spaarrekeningen. Dan moet je eerst op een rekening klikken, voordat je de naam ziet. - De transacties zijn niet zichtbaar in de app zelf. Voor een spaarrekening zou dit mooi zijn als dit wel te zien is ipv. extern de website openen.
