DO NOT use this app for crypto trade, their numbers are not reliable and for days nothing is being fixed after plenty reports!! ALMOST MONTH LATER, AND STILL THE SAME ISSUES. DO NOT USE THIS APP FOR CRYPTO TRADING. Oh and spin the wheel is a complete waist of time if 18 spins get you literally nothing.

their direction changed, UX keeps changing, feels their innovated on the wrong areas, simple, fast, working were the core of their marketing. now their UX changes too much. functions that uses to be a click away for an overview, became hidden under 6 pages, almost on purpose. I used to recommend them a lot, until they changed what was important. the freaking bubble/card homescreen. anyways, I am changing banks, I do not wish to continue paying bunq pro. too expensive for barley usable features

I am a bulgarian citizen and I was rejected for account with no reason given. I have provided an official state document proving my address and the answer was that they directly closed my account. No explanation given whatsoever. Asked the chatbot to talk to a person but another rejection right away. Vibe coding a bank app is crazy!!! This app/bank is a total waste of time! 0 Stars!!!
