2026-08-07	Ro*****	Their AI chatbot gaslights anyone looking for support. Reaching a live agent is impossible. Have a try with their support before putting any real sums in here. They also sign you up to a free trial and hit you for 19 euro when it ends.. the messaging around this is confusing and unclear, so no doubt catching many out. EDIT: Your response, as others have pointed out is a complete lie. Its not possible to reach a human via the chat bot. There are no notifications being sent about the trial..Bugs?

2026-08-02	Na*****	So many hidden fees, they'll find any way to trick you into something and you only later realize that it had so many hidden things. Don't like this bank. You want an honest bank to keep your money, not someone that tricks you into things without realizing and having super complicated rules.

The app is also simple to use, and the customer service is quick and effective. edit: they keep sending me notifications about irrelevant stuff like offsetting my carbon footprint, collecting some points or that i have planted trees. the app has also gotten so slow that it's borderline unusable. considering switching.
