User Reviews

I haven't been able to try this for any length of time because it's too distracting. It adds a bright green “JS” button to the address bar on *every* website. When you right-click this button, the option “Pin to Overflow Menu” is greyed out.

Simple and effective. Like uBlock Origin it works on a site by site basis. Blocks site A, but works on site B etc. Simple and effective for most people's needs. Probably not so good for power users. Hoping it'll evolve and let peeps fine tune stuff.

Is NJS Safe?

Risk impact
Risk impact measures the level of extra permissions an extension has access to. A low risk impact extension cannot do much harms, whereas a high risk impact extension can do a lot of damage like stealing your password, bypassing your security settings, and accessing your personal data. High risk impact extensions are not necessarily malicious. However, if they do turn malicious, they can be very harmful.

NJS requires some sensitive permissions that could impact your browser and data security. Exercise caution before installing.
