OxyCare is a specialized Chrome extension designed to assist last mile health facilities such as Primary Health Centers (PHC), Community Health Centers (CHC), and Civil Hospitals receive and manage oxygen equipment delivered by the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare (MoHFW), Government of India. The app enables authorized users to securely scan QR codes to log receipt of equipment, report daily or periodic working status, track stock levels, and identify shipment progress. Additionally, if a Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) unit is installed, users can access a live PSA dashboard for real-time monitoring.

Access to the application is controlled by state and district health officials who whitelist users via the portal oxycare.gov.in. The system categorizes equipment working status visually, indicating timely reporting in green, due reports in orange, and overdue in red, ensuring transparency and efficient equipment management to support healthcare delivery at the grassroots level.
