Domowa Opieka Medyczna is the official Ministry of Health application designed for remote monitoring of Covid-19 patients in home isolation. It works seamlessly with a pulse oximeter to collect real-time pulse and oxygen saturation data, complemented by patient-reported health questionnaires. This data is securely sent to the healthcare system for continuous monitoring.

Primary care physicians authorize patient access via SMS and provide necessary devices to patients’ homes. The app enhances home treatment safety by enabling doctors to track patient conditions remotely, conduct consultations, and promptly decide if hospital care is needed. This proactive approach ensures timely medical interventions and improves patient outcomes during home isolation periods.
