The worst app ever. I couldn't even create account in both Android or iPhone. The dropdown just didn't work even after multiple tries of installing and uninstalling. What's the point of doing all the test and not get the results. Please stop selling the until you fix the app. It's just a waste of time and money. I will post the same feedback on blinkit as well, so that others won't get fooled like I did.

The App is buggy. To begin with, the OTP was not received to register a patient. Today, I could successfully add patient and a relative. But, when I tried to conduct a new test, the App did not scan the cassette for the I'd. Frustrating. Finally, I had to "WhatsApp" the details and photo of the cassette to MyLab team. Am waiting for the result. My experience with the competing app was excellent!
