This app doesn't work. I have used many kits, but either it doesn't scan the QR code, or says it's a used device. There is no option to continue anyways. It either wants me waste many kits or not give an official result. I don't get it.

The app works fine but the overall experience has been bad. I ordered 2 Home test kits from Apollo 247 app but in one of the kits, there was no fluid in the tube. I need to do the COVID test of my parents and i could do it only for one. Now there is no way to raise a concern/ issue in the application.
