I'm a Public Safety Officer in downtown Milwaukee. As a user of the app, and the experiences I have with random people in the downtown Milwaukee area who also use the app, everyone notices that there's a massive glitch in the app. No one is able to reload money to add time to their existing parking space. Now the app is a wonderful thing and it helps especially when we're in a hurry and can't wait at the kiosk in line or don't have any coins readily available. Please fix this issue.
