I pulled into a parking space in Huntington, WV and discovered that I had to download this app if I wanted to park. OK, how hard can that be? It took me over 10 minutes to get it working properly! The rest of the day, I chose parking that wouldn't need to be paid through the app. The next day, I discovered Charleston, WV, uses the same app. I opened the app, put in my parking zone, and the app asked me if I was in Wisconsin or Florida? UGH!! So happy to delete it now that I'm back in Michigan!

Requires google sign in but makes you enter your google password instead of taking the active sign in like any normal Google integration

can't cancel a parking session. was in a rental and the app had the previous license se plate in. At check out couldn't change license plate so had to literally pay twice. should be able to cancel and not forced to by twice
