Pros

The device concept is appealing and could simplify pet care when it works.
Some users can track their dog when the service is functioning.

Cons

Frequent connectivity and login issues: app or devices often show offline, won't connect to wifi or internet, or cannot log in.
Feeding scheduling and GPS fence editing are buggy or non-functional (can't edit/delete schedules).
Notifications stop working, leading to missed meals.
Subscription billing problems: per-pet monthly charges, difficulty canceling in-app, support loop.
Poor customer support responsiveness and usefulness.

It used to work, but now I am unable to set schedules or communicate with my feeder at all. My partner's iPhone app works fine, though.

spent over an hour of my life setting up base unit. I got it to connect to my wifi, I checked the client list on my router to confirm this. The APP will not recognize the base unit. deleterious the app and spent another 30 minutes trying again with Failure. I dont recommended this app or product.
