2026-08-05	Ma*****	Can't log in to app. Unusable. Nugs has no customer service. Very disappointing. I haven't used it in months and cannot get in. It turns out to cost several dollars per minute to use.

2026-08-01	Jo*****	They ought to rename this app "Bugs" due to the constant crashing, freezing, sometimes skipping back two or three songs for no reason at all. Even after downloading a Playlist to my phone, it will still struggle to play more than a song or two without crashing. I've been paying for premium for several years and feel trapped. I feel that the content I always want is ONLY available on the nugs platform. PLEASE put some more of our money into app development 🙏🏼
They ought to rename this app "Bugs" due to the constant crashing, freezing, sometimes skipping back two or three songs for no reason at all. 2026-08-01	Ev*****	only 1 of the two DMB shows I saw in person just this summer are even on this app. AND there's apparently no way to get replays of the shows you saw in person here. super lame, hope you miss my money after I take it back to live Phish instead ❤️

2026-07-11	Ph*****	It gives me the experience as many times and in as many places as I want to have this live experience when I can't be in Attendance or am able to get tickets to the venues. It's a no brainer when when you want to keep in touch with your favorite groups. I just hope each band don't start taking that a way from Us by filming their own performances. I understand why they would have to to survive these times of rising everything and AI killing Copyrights.
