Can't log in to app. Unusable. Nugs has no customer service. Very disappointing. I haven't used it in months and cannot get in. It turns out to cost several dollars per minute to use.

They ought to rename this app "Bugs" due to the constant crashing, freezing, sometimes skipping back two or three songs for no reason at all. Even after downloading a Playlist to my phone, it will still struggle to play more than a song or two without crashing. I've been paying for premium for several years and feel trapped. I feel that the content I always want is ONLY available on the nugs platform. PLEASE put some more of our money into app development 🙏🏼
