Loxley Meal & Fasting Planner is a private fasting timer, meal planner, and body-metrics log. You buy it once and own it. No subscription, no ads, no account, and nothing to sign up for.

Everything you track stays on your phone, in an encrypted database. The app has no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party trackers. It does not send your fasting, water, weight, or meal records anywhere. You can back them up yourself with a passphrase only you hold.

WHAT IT DOES
- Fasting timer: run 16:8 or any schedule, watch your progress, and log past fasts. Goals over 48 hours ask for a separate acknowledgment.
- Meals and calories: build meals from recipes and snacks, plan your week, and keep a simple running calorie total.
- Recipes and snacks: a starter library you can edit, plus your own. Import and export them as one file to share.
- Water: a quick daily count with an optional drink-reminder timer.
- Weight: log entries and see a plain trend over time.
- Reminders: turn on only the ones you want (goal reached, daily start, water, meal times). A notification takes you straight to the right screen, and the water reminder logs a glass with one tap.
- Optional barcode scanner: off by default. If you turn it on, scanning a product sends only the barcode number to Open Food Facts to fill in nutrition. You can enter everything by hand instead.

- No account, no sign-in, no cloud.
- Your data is encrypted on your device.
- Encrypted backups use a passphrase only you know; we cannot recover it.
- Runs on phones without Google services.
