2025-01-15	Pa*****	Provides a free updated credit score. I don't feel the need to pay extra for the additional services as things aren't too bad score wise.

2025-01-05	Ch*****	Got an email saying an account was added to my score and may impact my overall score, forced to download a mobile app rather than view on the webpage, I shouldn't be forced to DL an app just to see this extremely important notification that could impact my entire credit score. Also, the app feels the need to shove its premium service in my face pretty much anywhere it can, so while its functional, it's not a benefit whatsoever.

2024-12-30	Ri*****	Having used this app for years, I now get this every time I try to login: 'Access to your account has been suspended. We're carrying out further checks to ensure the security of your account and will notify you of the outcome using your email address.' This has gone on for months but Experian have not got back to me and there seems to be no way to contact them in the UK.

2024-12-23	Wa*****	Downgraded from 2 to 1 star. Crashing, loading errors, losing loading data, rechecking identify, in many cases software has to be uninstall and reinstall again, all ongoing issues for few years now.

2024-12-19	An*****	Very useful to be able to see my credit score without having to rely on credit brokers to say whether you can be accepted or not. How many times has the credit been acceptable, although not given but identity has been stolen.

2024-12-14	Pi*****	Wish I'd never have downloaded this. The day I did, I checked my score, not too bad. Experian recommended me a credit card I'd get accepted for. Applied for it, it wanted to connect to my bank - no problem, only they don't support my bank (Virgin) in fact it's still on their site as Yorkshire. Hasn't been that for 4-5 years now. Exact same day, I got THREE credit checks from companies I've never even heard off and my score dropped by 170 points. Gonna take ages to fix. Thanks, Experian. ****s

2024-12-04	Wo*****	App is much better now they actually show the accounts you have, would have given 4* but for receiving an email asking to give feedback so I've taken time out of my very busy schedule to do so only to be taken to a page where they want me to upgrade to a £14.99 monthly paid account AND NOT A PAGE TO GIVE FEEDBACK. It's not a fake email bcos it opens my app first where I have to use my biometrics to log in and then it takes me to their website. Very shady tactic, hope it's a bug & not deliberate
