I downloaded the app over a year ago and everything was great, but over the last six months or so, it stopped counting steps and distance. I even downloaded an additional app to help count steps. And still, there's no progress. The most frustrating thing is that I bought an unlimited distance plan, and the maximum I could barely manage per day was 100 meters
