2023-06-02	Ch*****	The only reason I keep this app is because my intuition mandates it. It's slow, cumbersome, and sometimes even annoying. It takes too long time to see just one message and once it decides not to show a picture, it takes multiple trials and several minutes to eventually open it. It drags already busy enough day.

2021-02-12	CR*****	This is primarily a HIPAA compliant secure messaging app, I dont know about security but it is "unavailable" and offline at least monthly, I do not reliably receive messages from it, and the interface is difficult to use. It is not intuitive nor reliable.
