Burn Navigator

Burn Navigator® is a clinical decision support app to help clinicians visualize and manage fluid resuscitations for severe burns.

Multi-center data from U.S. burn centers(1) found that:
• Following Burn Navigator recommendations was associated with reduced burn shock
• Early initiation of Burn Navigator resulted in lower overall fluid volumes

Retrospective clinical data(2) includes:
• 35% additional time in target urine output range
• 24 hour fluids given reduced from 6.5 to 4.2 mL/kg/TBSA
• 2.5 fewer ventilator days

Burn Navigator received U.S. FDA 510(k) clearance in 2013 and has been used with over a thousand severe burn resuscitations.
