add deleted Cherokee letters

this is excellent, not only does it give an Android option for using a phonetic keyboard rather than having to hold and select like gboard, but the text selection dictionary integration is exceptional. my only complaint is that it defaults to lowercase which is almost never used in Cherokee and to type words entirely in uppercase you have to hit caps lock for every single new entry including in spreadsheets (EDIT: can be changed in settings!). Otherwise this is amazing technology! ᎣᏍᏓ, ᎢᎦᎵᎢ!
