Risque d'acidose

Based on the CNGOF RPC "Fetal monitoring methods during labor" (2007), the application offers to provide several information on the fetal heart rate (FCR):
- The basic rhythm,
- The variability (> 25 bpm / 6 - 25 bpm / 3 - 5 bpm / <3 bpm / sinusoidal (> 10 min) / pseudo-sinusoidal (> 10 min)),
- Accelerations,
- Any slowdowns (early / late / variable / prolonged / bradycardia (≤ 90 bpm suddenly)).

The application can then assess 6 risks of acidosis:
- Normal risk,
- Tolerable risk,
- Low risk,
- Intermediate risk,
- Significant risk,
- Major risk.

Depending on the risk, the professional can establish the necessary corrective actions.
