The Score MAMÁ application is a vital signs scoring tool for the recognition and early response to the deterioration of clinical and physiological signs, aimed at early identification of obstetric pathology, having main relevance in the first level of health care, allowing a decision-making timely decisions. The purpose is to support the identification of potential obstetric risk and specify the necessary action for correct decision-making, through the use of an objective, fast and concrete tool.
